El Sereno 4-H is organized and run by an Executive Board of elected youth members. Although the Board runs the club, parent volunteers work to facilitate the youths' goals. Projects specialized to different interests are led by youth and adult volunteers. It is this teamwork and mutual respect between youth and adults that makes 4-H so unique.

Public speaking can terrifying for many people, but certainly not for our fearless El Sereno 4-Hers! El Sereno offers constant opportunities for members to improve their public speaking skills in a fun and engaging environment. It does not take long for even the shyest of members to come out of their shells. These skills will last for a lifetime.

In El Sereno 4-H, community service is one of our number one priorities. Members have a blast helping out members of our community and contributing to society. We believe that community service can be fun and rewarding. Encouraging acts of generosity early on in life encourages El Sereno members to be compassionate and selfless in later life.
